Reiki: Energy That Flows Through Us All
Reiki is derived from the Japanese words “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (energy), representing universal life force. It is entirely non-religious and similar to the energy our bodies naturally receive during rest, nourishment, or time spent in nature. Reiki doesn’t require any specific beliefs or spiritual practices. I also include crystals to enhance the experience, directing this universal energy to support the body, mind, and energy field, release blockages, restore balance, and encourage natural healing.
